Had the opportunity to work with Ian and Keir on a transfer switch controller replacement recently for a high rise building in Calgary and they were fantastic. Both were very professional, intelligent, and possess fantastic problem solving skills. We ran into an issue with the firmware update/programming portion but they were able to power through and resolve the issue with limited support. These guys are great! Unfortunately they lost the bid for our generators. We used them for a long time. They knew what we needed and submitted a bid in line with those needs. The other bid was a low bid. But it ended not suiting our needs so the bill is always higher than what they said. I knew this would happen but I don't control who gets contracts.
