Very knowledgeable and respectable employees!
I have been trying to change the name on mineral rights inherited from my Mom's estate FOR TWO YEARS!!!! They have not responded to my request via email and I have tried 10 different extensions and they NEVER answer the phone. Karnes County CAD has also contacted them via email for me and still nothing. Very unprofessional.
No follow up on info sent to them to correct their records. Over one year and still waiting.
