I went there for a hydra facial and I was really disappointed. Me and my friend both booked same service and still we got different types of facial. I got the good time on Led but she didn’t remove my black heads which is really weird and my friend got black heads removed but they first denied her led and later her esthetician gave like 5 minutes of it. This was my first visit to Pristine Spa in Lake Nona, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed with my experience. My therapist, Jessica, was very kind and did her best to provide a good service. However, the major issue was that the room next to mine was also being used for a massage, and both the therapist and the client were talking and laughing nonstop during my entire session.
