Don't ever think you are getting your surgery. I passed everything and then they wouldn't let me because I had a personality disorder from 15 yrs ago. I am at my best mental health ever. All that time and money. My son has to take off work to take me for the upper GI. I DID EVERYTHING THEY TOLD ME TO DO. What a waist.

I had bariatric surgery through this office performed at Prisma health Hillcrest hospital and oh my god was the staff outstanding. I’ve never had such caring, attentive, sweet and awesome staff ever in my life. My surgeon Dr Eichhorn checked on me every single day following my surgery and was wonderful I never even seen a surgeon after surgery for my past procedures. My friend dropped off a DoorDash order here to one of the nurses (was wearing scrubs I assume a nurse, hopefully not due to inappropriate behavior and lack of professionalism) the nurses name was Sofia and my friend was made fun of to his face by her and her other coworker, to the point of tears today, for being transgender. I am also a nurse and my previous job was with prisma health, so I’m appalled by this behavior coming from someone in healthcare. I recently had gastric bypass surgery on March 17th with Dr. Eichorn. This amazing person, along with some other equally amazing people at this clinic literally changed my life. When I started my personal weight loss journey, I was 634 lbs. At my surgery date, I had made it to 475 lbs. I couldn't have done it without these incredible people.
