Long story but here goes... I originally was referred here by my pcp. I had to start by attending an orientation and upon sign up, you have to put a nonrefundable deposit down to enter the program. Note that everything they tell you in this orientation is a complete LIE! They tell you that after seeing this doc 3 times, once a month you can start receiving your medication. I went with this place because of the reviews from years ago but I should have paid attention that there are no recent reviews. So I visited this location on 8/20/25. The office itself is very nice and very spacious. The front desk staff is okay. They don't greet you when you walk in nor when you arrive at the desk. Many were standing around talking to each other or on the computer. When the nurse came to get me to take me back she had an attitude. This company is AWESOME! Not only is their food nutrient-dense with high protein content while still having low calories, but it’s also DELICIOUS! For someone like me who has a relentless sweet tooth, but still wanting to get in great shape, their Protein Cookies and Clean-Cheatz Donuts are a GODSENT! I lost 90 lbs unintentionally and had no hunger. I was really struggling in life. I felt so weak, physically and mentally. Molly is exceptional.
