Can’t get anyone at this office to return a phone call. My family are in desperate need and have left countless messages for Dr.Wynn and Lisa the office manager since Thursday, 02/26/26. Nobody will call us back. Have gotten through to people in administrative but all they will do is send you to the same voicemail we’ve already left word with. Horrible customer service
This is a regional center for assessing variants of dementia. It is also a location where support groups for dementia patients and their caregivers meet. Medical care, in this reviewers experience. Is suspect at best. Protocols for support of patients, caregivers, and families do not follow medical organization and government best practices, and patient security is poor.
Do not recommend this practice. The nurses are kind but medical problem was never addressed properly just gave strong drugs for very mild cognitive impairment and ask patient’s daughter do you think we should change meds. How does the care giver know that's why you need help.
