We have been using Prism Hardscape for our residential and commercial customers alike. Very professional, lead times are very quick and Firepits are perfect and modern. Glad to have them as a power partner VH
Expected delivery in 8 weeks. Currently 12 weeks and still no update. Landscape designers should avoid offering these products as it sounds like a common issue.
We ordered 2 Prism Hardscapes fire pits for our backyard. My daughter accidentally spilled some bubble solution on one and it stained/striped the fireplace leaving a very noticeable mark. I immediately called prism hardscapes to find out how I should clean it. They sent me cleaning solution and sealer that I used on it the next day. The cleaning solution they sent made it worse and left further stains.
