I placed my order in early May for their largest fire table. It’s a few days from August and it still hasn’t shipped. Calling and email have got me no where. I was told we only deal with our suppliers. The supplier keeps telling me it’s going to ship at the end of the week and then a week goes by nothing. This has happened 3 times. It’s the last piece to my backyard remodel and I ordered it with their 4-6 week lead time. No response to my emails. What’s happening???

Expected delivery in 8 weeks. Currently 12 weeks and still no update. Landscape designers should avoid offering these products as it sounds like a common issue.
We ordered 2 Prism Hardscapes fire pits for our backyard. My daughter accidentally spilled some bubble solution on one and it stained/striped the fireplace leaving a very noticeable mark. I immediately called prism hardscapes to find out how I should clean it. They sent me cleaning solution and sealer that I used on it the next day. The cleaning solution they sent made it worse and left further stains.
