John and Gina do an amazing job ensuring that their company is ran to a high level, and their staff are always so friendly and respectful to our company. We were so excited to order a Tavola 6 from and local retailer who is an authorized Prism dealer, where we were told a delivery lead-time of 8 weeks. We have been waiting 10 weeks now and have asked for an timing update from the retailer, but they have not been able to receive and confirmation of when, or if this product is even being made. 2 weeks ago, Prism has only told them that there is a delay in production, but have not given the retailer any sense of timing. Prism Hardscapes is an utter disaster! I would encourage any buyers to purchase from any other manufacturer possible. We purchased the Tavola 8 fire table in august, it arrived in September the wrong color and not properly made, the company refused to right their mistakes and told us we don’t under the difference between pewter and black!!! We disputed the charges with our credit card company and we’re given a refund from chase. I ordered the propane tank enclosure from green acres nursery supply not realizing it was a prism... read more

I have to say, customer service is big these days and Prism Hardscapes does not drop the ball in this category. I have bought many units from them and cannot say enough about them and wished more vendors operated the same way. If you are looking for a fire feature, look no further! Quality product with phenomenal customer service to back it up! You have my business for a long time coming.
