Brought my mom and her dog there. Friendly staff. Did a great job. We will be back.
Called to book an appointment and they require and $50 deposit at booking incase of no show OR is the cat is too aggressive or stressed during session( what cat isnt?). If thats the case they DONT refund the deposit... no shows i can understand, but if animal is stressed? thats bad business if you ask me. *****respond to business reply****** I've been to Weebreed, All smiles, and Petsmart, and none of them requested a "deposit" at booking. I used to have high hopes for this place. I came here years ago with my bunnies to see Zoe. So I figured I would bring my anxious pomerianian Aussie Mix to see them. For the first year to 1.5 years things were great had no complaints. However the last 6 months have been quiet disappointing. I usually deal with Morgan at the front and she is a saint and love her.
