Do not go to this business for any tax services. After 6 months of asking where our return is we learned that they never processed our return. They finally submitted the paperwork only for our federal return to be delayed and is still pending even in 2026. On the form that was submitted to the IRS it was marked as self prepared, even thought they were paid to file the return. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, and I hope no one else experiences the same headache with any other business like we had with them.
