We received a great Service from Priory (Biddulph) recently. Lee visited and did a thorough appraisal of the property with realistic valuation price. The marketing was very professional with great photos and the follow up and communication was great at all times (Rachel). I'd highly recommend Priory (Biddulph) to anyone looking to sell their house in the local area.
We recently brought our first property with priory, and as first time buyers they were very helpful with all our questions. We had regular phone calls with updates and how the process was going and they always made time to call us back when requested. We were kept in the loop at all times. Priory were also very quick with the sale compared to other estate agents, from viewing the property we had the keys within 4months. Priory would be my first port of call if I chose to put my property up for sale in the future!
