Luke is totally brilliant. Such a helpful and knowledgeable person about ponds and pondcare. He goes out of his way to help the customer. Very highly recommend
I hired Luke to service my fish pond which came with the house we purchased. I can’t fault Luke for his professional service and about how passionate he is in his work. He went above and beyond his service with jet washing my path leading down to the garden and pond whilst waiting for the pond to empty. Always at the end of the line if you come across any problems. A real gem! Highly recommend!!!
Luke was superb from the start when planning our pond, through to the finish which was done to an excellent standard. This included landscaping & lighting I had not considered and all done within budget and timeline agreed. I thoroughly recommend Priors Ponds to anyone considering a new or renovation pond project.
Luke came to give our pond an overhaul, emptying it, cleaning it and sorting out the planting. It was transformed by the time he finished and I look forward to seeing the results in Spring. Luke was also informative about the wildlife and how to look after the pond going forward. I would highly recommend his work ethic and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Luke did an absolutely brilliant job with our medium sized Koi pond. It had to be completely emptied (including fish...) and the liner cleaned and repaired. He installed a whole new pump for us and got our filtration system running again - all in a. couple of hours. Lovely result, really pleased with it! Luke is really knowledgable on fish and plants, made great recommendations and was a thoroughly nice chap! Would definitely recommend!
