The customer service I received from Marlon and Nico after my car accident was impeccable. Marlon picked up my car from the accident scene. He was patient and kind. He explained what I needed to do once the car was towed. When I arrived at the tow yard, Nico assisted me from the beginning to the end. He was/is patient and knowledgeable. Being in an accident AND your car being totaled is beyond stressful HOWEVER, the staff at Priority Towing helped to take the edge off. Thank you for making this part of the process easy.
After having a very stressful day (arrested for a failure to appear), I went to pick up my car from Priority Tow. The owner, Nico was just rude and grunted at me Even when I was being playful, or talking about how to Zelle him his money. Rude. However, the other person who helped me, Chris, was lovely and understanding. I really don’t understand when Customer Service is so bad…when they’re about to make $300 off of me for parking my car in their lot for 10 hours.
