1 year of basic income tax cost me 400 dollars. Decent customer service.
One star. From the start, I was met with a rude, condescending attitude because I didn’t fill out their tax link. It went straight to my spam. Look at the picture and you’ll see why. I had no idea this link was affiliated with the accountant. When I didn’t fill it out, I was treated like an inconvenience. Absolutely not worth your time.
Friendly and really knowledgeable service. David explained everything in great detail when it came to my tax return that was more complicated to me than other years. Very appreciative and will use them again without hesitation.
