I’m about to call the IRS, the IRS website states that they received my income tax April 2nd ( I filed all the way back in January) I’ve called multiple times and the same guy states no checks have come in, it is now almost June and now when I call them it goes straight to voicemail, this place is a$$ and they finessed me over $200, I hope everything they did is worth the $200 I was supposed to get back because I’m definitely getting the IRS involved.

This place has the worst service possible. My mother in law has been coming here for the past three years she states she’s never received any copies of her filed tax returns until this year, she mentioned to me not having received her check it had been about almost 2 months so I asked to see her forms after reviewing them I notice several errors one of them being she was being over charged $700 to file she was told $300 since she doesn’t understand these forms she believed it coming from a “professional” establishment.
