This place has the worst service possible. My mother in law has been coming here for the past three years she states she’s never received any copies of her filed tax returns until this year, she mentioned to me not having received her check it had been about almost 2 months so I asked to see her forms after reviewing them I notice several errors one of them being she was being over charged $700 to file she was told $300 since she doesn’t understand these forms she believed it coming from a “professional” establishment. Don’t not go here for your taxes they are very unprofessional. They are rude the guy you file with is never available only to do you taxes then you don’t hear from them . They lied and said they sent the advance two weeks before they actually did and even kept it and sent it with the return . They keep changing their policies . They hung up in my face I called back she pick up and hung up in my face . And said I’m just mad I havnt got my return it’s been 7 days since the put my return in the mail and it in Texas .
