This is the second year I have attempted to use this company. I have experienced nothing but bad customer service and unprofessionalism from Max. Last year he messed up my return payment and blamed it on the bank and now after taking my time to send in information on the system that is super confusing, I was rejected from his services instead of getting the assistance I needed to understand what I needed to submit.
