Our credit card machine needed an update. I contacted Tarrance and he immediately helped. He contacted Liza and she built us the update in a very timely manner. She then contacted me and set up the software update. She also had suggestions for another issue and is helping our other location with the update. Tarrance is always available and very helpful!
