This is a horrible transportation company, they never show up, never call. Disregard to the urgency for the customer. I’m not sure how this company still has a contract with any healthcare provider. They lack communication skills and poor customer service.

I would give them a negative start !! They left my grandmother at the dr office for 5 1/2 hrs and stopped answering our calls when trying to get her picked up!! This horrible do use them

This is the most horrible company, they not reliable and they lie, they have left me stranded at appointments, they don’t show up when they supposed to, Anthony who answers the phone lies tells you driver is on its way, when they do show up is when they want to, or they want to pick you up 3 hours before your appointment. They taking advantage of people like me who rely on transportation because of my medical condition. They should be ashamed of the manner they treat people who rely on them.

I have also experienced the same thing they don't show up to pick you up and will say I cancelled it's ridiculous

After reading the reviews, I feel certain no one will be picking me up for my appointment in the morning. Humana, is THIS seriously how you treat your members? There is no phone number to call, no one confirmed the appointment, as promised and the return trip was confirmed by a LYFT service? What, am I supposed to tip a Lyft driver, now, or what?
