This is probably the worst company i have ever encountered, They guaranteed a loan said no closing costs after months said oh we cant get it approved. Now we need a big down payment and 20 grand for closing. I almost lost my deal i had a option that i had to close on time. in the last hour they came up with a hard money loan at 12 percent. fin thiefs I went across the street to redwood credit union and closed within thirty days at 4 percent.
