I should have written this review sooner but Tim is fantastic. He helped us purchase our home back in June and the process was incredibly smooth. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped keep the process moving along by outlining exactly what we would need to supply at what time. We had no hiccups throughout the process and closed on time.
