I used priority home care for 3 or 4 years when my mom started to need caregivers. All the ladies who came over were wonderful and treated my mom with love and compassion. Nidia, Brianna, Priscilla and Marcela were just a few of many that took wonderful care of her. Any billing questions or issues were quickly taken care of by Erika.

I recently met Priscilla Schertzer, Client Care Coordinator and a Caregiver herself at Priority Home Care. Priscilla is now my caregiver. She is genuine, caring, compassionate and is sensitive to her clients needs. She gives her clients undivided and respectful attention. Priscilla goes above and beyond to provide extra-ordinary care and goes out of her way to move her schedule by calling other caregivers to be sure her clients are covered when an emergency arises. Not a place to work, it's been 4 months and still haven't received my last check. When I was employed there, I was paid late often. Toxic work environment. Not a place to hire help either. Not all caregiver passed a basic background check, not all caregivers have a valid TB test on file. But they will tell you otherwise. Be careful who you let into your home. Basically company, if you can even call it that, is not in compliance with CA State regulations.
