Good experience, pleasant and polite
I called Priority Hearing ahead of time before getting my once a year hearing exam using my Medicare Advantage allowance. I wear hearing aids and I wanted to get an updated Real Ear Measurement (REM) chart I could provide to the audiologist where I purchased my hearing aids. The receptionist put me on hold for several minutes, came back and reported that I would get the REM as a part of the exam and would be provided a chart.
