The filed my taxed in 2020 and collected payment for their services and I just received at non file letter from the IRS. In 2021 I had to find someone to do my taxes since on the last day of the deadline my taxes weren't ready even dough they had all my documents in Feb. I kept asking them about 2020 taxes that it shows the taxes weren't file and they told me is because the IRS is behind. Here we are 2023 and getting a non file letter from the IRS and having to pay someone else (again) to file my 2020 taxes. DO NOT USED THEM... read more
