Don’t come to this location — it’s closing soon. I was informed that by the end of September 2025 this location will be permanently closed. Orders and workshop services for tunes are no longer available. I just wish they had shared this information on their website.
I just purchased a Priority current plus e bike with the Violo hub. Let me tell you the service these folks provide is excellent, their just a text or phone call away, I prefer texts because they send links to helpful videos. I will be 70 years old in December. I wasn't sure how this would work out as I had not ridden a bike in many years. It worked out great. Assembly of the bike was a breeze. I hopped on this morning and rode a few miles there really was no learning curve riding is very intuitive. Thank you Priority Fred D
This bicycle I ordered I was skeptical to buy a bike that I couldn’t try out before I purchased but at this time I have only positive things to say about the purchase and product not to mention service after purchase
Updated review -- their CEO reached out directly to solve a one-time issue I experienced with the returns process. He was extremely affable and attentive. They offer great customer service and I'll definitely purchase my next bike from them.
