I needed to re-file a prior years taxes ASAP to obtain a mortgage, Prior Tax was the ONLY program available to e-file, VERY easy, fast and VERY reasonable!
I used Prior Tax when I had a couple years I did not file and wanted to catch up. It was helpful. Has all the same features the more common Tax sites have (Intuit/H&R Block) but allowed me to take care of previous years. Once you have a history with a tax filing service, it is easiest to file the next year with them, all the information auto populates. Totally convenient and helpful. My simple taxes take less than 3 hours.
Was able to get ahold of customer care. They efiled my back taxes successfully. I can not complain. I will use this service again.
