I placed an order with Prior early Aug as the site suggested about 4 weeks delivery. However up until now after numerous attempts on mailing and calling no response. I wished I did more research on the company as it seems a standard or norm issue for PRIOR. Really wanted to support local and canadian products but with this type of service it affects other local industries to suffer and would rather go international and receive proper customer service. I'm unfortunately in the same situation as all these other recent complaints. I ordered and paid for skis back in October of 2024, Dan Mack said it would take about a month-6 weeks for them to be made. 8 weeks go by and he says the production manager is still working on the measurements. Here we are 3 months later and now nobody is answering my calls or emails. Buyers beware! **April 2025 Update** After the holidays I was really fed up with the situation. I wanted to like Prior so much, and to support a local Canadian brand! But I unfortunately cannot recommend them, as I've now gone through 2 pairs of skis with quality control issues, and my emails continuously go unanswered. My first pair of skis took about 6 months to be delivered. I would have had no problem with that, except my emails and phone calls inquiring about the status of my order went unanswered for months and months and months, to the point where I thought I'd never get my skis. Me too: I orderd an in-stock Splitboard from Prior in July 24. Nothing heard from Prior. No answer to email and or telephone. I am quite pissed off with this customer service. Hope to receive my Board soon or a refund of my money! I ride and love my former prior splitboard for many years, but this could be the end ... Addendum: I received the splitboard after I had opened a case with Paypal. The people from prior made a great effort and were very friendly and quick to respond. Too bad that this is not always the case ....
