VERY RUDE! Whoever followed up the call when after I called is very rude. Hire someone who is not rude & maybe i will consider paying for your services!
I asked if the firm charges for consultations. The receptionist did not know. When I said I would want to know your fee structure before continuing, she got mad and hung up on me!

Mrs. Duren is extremely uncaring, rude and clearly only out for money. They showed no care for my need for assistance and $400 for a one hr consultation highlights that. Money hungry and un-caring.
