BEWARE: SCAM!!!!! I placed an order for a stamp last week, was charged, received a confirmation for my order, and then heard nothing back. So I went to the physical location and it’s closed down! I have heard nothing back via email as well!
I work for a large canadian enterprise and tried calling to pay an invoice. No one answered all day and no voicemail available. I sent an email and no response, so I guess I have to go with Grand and toy. I would like to support the small shops, but this service is 1/10
Just be careful guys. So unprofessional and disrespectful people. Keep your receipts as they might come after months tell you that you did not pay!

I have been ordering name tags for my company from them for the past few years and it has been great experience except recently. I tried to order a whole new batch for my company including a few new ones, in their response email, I was asked to complete a credit card authorization form without sending me a proof or anything. So, I replied and requested a proof but was told that there is now a proof fee for $5, I had no choice but to pay for it to ensure accuracy.
