Overall, mixed experience. The **print quality was great**, and I had a positive experience initially with the mockups — the design process was smooth and professional. However, there was a breakdown in communication during production. I was very clear that I wanted to **try on one shirt first to confirm fit before printing the remaining shirts**, and they acknowledged that request. Excellent customer service (Shari, Taylor & Ryan) from project cradle to grave. Design team (Grace) was flexible and understanding when asked to make changes/enhancements; her response time was impeccable. Very compassionate team! Much appreciation and I’ll be a returning customer.
I can’t say enough good things about Print FX. I can call them with the most random ideas and they’ll make it happen with no hesitation!! Staff is always friendly, easy to work with, and fast. I couldn’t imagine taking my ideas to any other company!

As a professional artist and everyday consumer; DAAANNNGGGGG!!!! These guys are the best!!! I used to entrust my creations with a “well known”printing company and always felt unheard and lacking. They never took a second look at coloring (as an artist, this is a MUST), and typically passed my concerns to someone down the line (that guy was very helpful!) but not PrintFX!!! They not only respond to my thoughts but also provide solutions they feel are a better fit: 9 times out of 10, I agree.
