Won't nobody cash their checks, No bank in Virginia, or Walmart, Kroger
Stayed on hold for 27 minutes after the 1st transfer. Then was told I had been transferred to the wrong dept. and put on hold again for another transfer. After I finally talked with someone about rolling over my brokerage funds to my 401K and her sending me the information, I later find out it was the wrong information. Will this ever end

This is the worst company to deal with. They have my accounts and I cannot get them to release my money nor will they return my telephone calls. I have written letters to them and no response. Stay away from these people BAD NEWS.......
