This company is a total FRAUD! If you are thinking of using Principal for your retirement needs I encourage you not to do so. First, they have the worst customer service and second you can only send them a message through their website because they can never provide email addresses or direct phone numbers. You have reps like Laura who hang up on you and simply dont care about customers. They use very shady practices and you can never obtain a solution.
