Principal has been an absolute nightmare in dealing with my money. My account has been fumbled over and over again, and no one seems to know how their company functions, nor do they know how to effectively communicate. I would not recommend Principal to any business or individual. What a pain! It takes months for them to accomplish anything or fix their repeated mistakes.
We met with Matt Clauser to review and consolidate our policies now that my wife and I are retired. Matt was very knowledgeable of the particulars of our policies and a pleasure to meet with. His follow-up was prompt and answered all of our outstanding questions.
This is not principal anymore I guess they changed it to Kalamazoo mortgage drove out 30 miles 🙄
