I have never once taken the time to write a bad review on google. I believe the good in everyone…that is until my dealings with Seth Cohen. I would NEVER EVER recommend working with him. We have lived in seven homes in Florida, never once have I dealt with someone as unprofessional as this man. He made threats to our lender, attorney, and personally was verbal abusive to my husband! What should have been an amazing day, turned about to scared by Seth. Thank you for taking the time
Jan Brophy's customer service was second to none. Her response times are faster than most olympic runners. It is uncanny. Very happy with this company and Jan especially. Highly recommend
