the most incompetent and insufferable people i’ve ever dealt with work here. if you’re seller uses this company, consider buying a different house. they are lazy people who seem to actively choose to make their clients lives more difficult than they already are.

For a long distance closing as the person with power of attorney it sometimes can become very complicated due to all the documents and signatures needed. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I worked the details of a home sale with Seth who was great. He made negotiating with the buyer very, and understood what was needed in order to make a deal.
