TERRIBLE - continuously raised the price without prior notice, did not communicate, and had no regard for customer service. Shelly Silver handled my account personally, and i would not recommend this company to ANYONE
I should’ve gone to TurboTax!! Extremely unprofessional gave me multiple different prices and kept adding on additional services as we went. Did not give clear instructions and were rude when asking for basic documents and confirmation of payment. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody regardless of your tax situation!!
STOP SEARCHING THIS IS THE PLACE I have been using princeton text advisory for over 15 years.. It is a family run operation and one of the most professional one around. They are the whole package in one when it comes to anything regarding finances. I would highly recommend any of there services.. They are always there to help with your best interest.. Don't hesitate
