We are getting sick in these apts. Redding Circle Housing has toxic mold. The Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth, who manages these properties, are knowingly allowing residents to be sickened and become ill. PHA is aware of the toxic mold issues and storm water flooding that is compromising the health of the residents living in these buildings.
