He was not like most lawyers that don't want to offer you any assistance without making an appointment to come into his office and pay for a consultation. I reached out to David to assist me with a family matter. He charged me $200 for a 10 minute conversation. Gave me instructions of what to do next. He said he would call me the next day and walk me through the steps. He never called or followed up. I reached out to him via email and he replied with "I'm not sure what follow up you need".
