The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I never felt like I was being given a "sales pitch", just honest advice. Very happy with my purchase. The fact that they donate to the Boys & Girls Club is also a huge bonus.
I recently purchased two Aventon Soltera ebikes from Princeton eBikes, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process easy and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about their customers—and their community.
