I don’t usually go to Princess Polly when I’m at the mall but I decided to go in a few days ago since the displays were super cute! The workers were really warm and welcoming; one worker names Saanvi was really attentive in answering my questions! I was looking for matching sets and asking about sizes and she was super sweet and helpful. She also checked me out and was really professional! Also, the fitting rooms are really clean and the store is generally organized. I will definitely come back again!

I was going to hold off on writing a negative review after my first encounter with this employee a few weeks ago because I assumed they were just having a bad day. However, after returning to the store today, it saddens me to say that this appears to be their normal behavior.
