Every worker was so welcoming and friendly. Ashley and Sonia were especially helpful. Ashley helped me pick out outfits and was so supportive and patient while I asked her questions. Will definitely return soon!!
The male worker in the dressing rooms is consistently nasty to everyone who walks by. He ignores customers and won’t even look me in my eyes, and everytime I say thank you he says nothing back. He makes the shopping environment VERY uncomfortable and never has anything nice to say.
Carina and Sonia were truly the best help. They spent so much time helping me find a graduation dress that would make me feel confident. They were so patient and helpful and were even hyping me up. Shoutout to them for being princess pollys best employees at roosevelt field!!
I was so impressed by the professionalism of the Princess Polly staff during a difficult incident. The store was very busy when two girls came in and started arguing with a male employee, belittling him and even using a slur. It created a huge scene, but the workers handled it incredibly well. They remained calm and actively tried to de-escalate the situation. Their ability to maintain composure and manage such a disrespectful interaction speaks volumes about their training and dedication. The male worker was very rude. Ignored me n my friend when we were waiting for the changing rooms and then proceeded to follow us outside to “say it to his face” beyond unprofessional and clearly having a miserable day!
