Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told by one of the employees that I could return my jeans as long as I brought the tag with me, and that it did not need to be attached to the jeans. I drove back to the store based on that information, only for the manager to refuse the return because the tag wasn’t attached. So I wasted my time and gas because your employees gave me incorrect information, and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager simply turned me away. I was so excited to hear about this store opening at this location, first time I visited instantly felt the great vibes! After going for a while I’ve had exceptional help from store associate Pam and since the very beginning she has made my shopping experience at Princess Polly so comfortable and exciting, as someone who hates trying on clothes in fitting rooms I was surprised to see myself trying almost every item I picked out and it was all thanks to Pam. I am an import magazine and book junkie so, on my first visit last year around in the fall I was SMITTEN. Stores that merchandise outside the box are going to win with me. That said, this location has a really good number of imported magazines from Asia and UK sprinkled with some great fashion adjacent books like Euphoria fashion throughout the store. Princess Polly Glendale is a great store. I have gone a couple of times and have been helped by Pamela and Sky they are amazing and super customer servicey. I think the staff are not very supported as staff where trying to connect with store manager for assistance/support with sales and she was no help. I also stopped by Sunday and the store was the first store closed out of all the stores in the mall. Super dissapointed as I traveled specifically for a dress and they had closed at 6:00pm

Customer service is great here! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My only qualm was just lack of sizing with a lot of items.
