Very good crafsmanship on our couch. Two problems, one serious, one didn't matter to us. (1) We were given an estimate of $3500 before HST. When the work was done, we were presented with a bill of $6300 before HST. $1000 or so was due to our choice of fabric, the rest came as a complete surprise. So we suggest future customers ask at every point for an updated estimate in writing. (2) The work was also delayed by a few months and they kept the couch for a month rather than 2 weeks, but this was not a problem for us.
From pick up to drop off - an unexpectedly delightful experience. These are truly lovely, caring, and funny people. When I went to test foam for cushions, they took their time sharing options and in the end had predicted the perfect density and texture for me. The finished sofa betrayed an incredible attention to detail, precision, and well-honed skills (thank you Geronimo!!). Simply the best! Princess Perfect reupholstered my Egg and Swan chairs and restored them to better-than-new quality. They did a fantastic job of my mid-century modern 60s teak sofa as well. Exceptional attention to detail and top-notch quality. I have been a client for 15+ years and highly recommend them for any upholstery project.
I was referred to Princess Perfect that used their craftsmanship by a friend. Since I knew that they do a great job, I felt in confidence working on two previously kitchen chairs, a chair that was my dad's favorite and and ottoman that was from a previous work.
