Our Mum passed away recently after living in Princess House for the last 4 years. We want to share how fantastic the care is there. It is a family run home and all of the staff really do feel like one big family working together to make a safe, caring and homely environment for the residents. There are cosy corners we'd sit with Mum, or in her room with fabulous sea views or in the early days we would walk on the cliffs opposite with her, or to the coffee shops close by. I believe every resident & their families have completely different experiences unfortunately. That's all I can say really other than do the homework wherever you look so you can be content & satisfied that your loved ones will be happy/comfortable.

Nearest thing to home you will ever get. Staff do loads more than their job. You feel staff work there because they LIKE looking after people, it's not just a job. The resident I know has NOT got dementia and staff are like that all the time she says. Owners often in and regularly do quality improvements. Would happily live there if I needed care.
