I Will Never Shop at Princess Diaries Again I bought a prom dress from them and had it specially ordered and paid quite a bit for it. I also had alterations done to my dress as well. They did a wonderful job on the alterations but their customer service is pathetic. My prom is May 7th, and I took my dress in today which is May 5th and asked them to steam one layer of my dress so it would look good for Saturday and not have any wrinkles.
