The room cleaning service was outstanding. The food is higher quality than many other cruise ships. The cheese, milks, and butter were so delicious on the Star Princess in particular. Could use a mini golf course and a coin pusher machine at the casino. The food was amazing, such variety. It’s a calmer, quiet, higher end cruise vibe. Fantastic service, great food and lots to do.
If they ever owe you money, Princess Cruises will make sure you do not get it on time. They use tactics to get you to give up. It's like a part time job to follow up with them and get service. Was a decent cruising experience, but terrible account services. This is their response from every agent : ”Hi Kin. The refund is still pending. We are checking with our team to see if it can be expedited and will update you once we hear back from them. Thank you.” And then they disappear until you contact them again.
Juliet in Gigi’s pizzeria was just so pleasant and helpful - amazing service! Pizza was delish.
