I booked a back-to-back cruise and I was told by two customer service representatives that we could stay in the same cabin for both cruises. When we boarded the ship, I checked the app and saw all 14 days listed and only one cabin number for ALL 14 days. Unfortunately, Princess told us 2 days before the end of the first cruise that we would have to change cabins. Worst crusie experience they totally wrecked our anniversary cruise. And desk services was no help been waiting on a buct of ice for over 2 hours now and all they say is we passed along your issue to someone in that department.... nothing but silence when spend a total of over 10k on a vacation I expected way better than recieved

Extremely disappointed with Princess Cruises. I am a frequent cruiser and have never experienced anything like this with Royal Caribbean or any other cruise line. My luggage was not there when I went to retrieve it after disembarkation. It was later located, and I had to pay to have my own missing bag returned to me. When I finally received it, my David Yurman necklace, cash, and souvenirs were missing. Booked for a December 2026 Caribbean Cruise. Received email from Princess that stops at 2 Ports have the Departure Time reduced for "Operational Considerations". This is unaccetable VAGUE!
