It was my first time doing cruise. The only one I really truly wanted to do was the inner passage of Alaska.

Not enough staff for passengers, you have to wait in line for everything. They advertise freebies to get you attend things, but then either forget the free offers or you have to buy something else to get free thing. Nothing is open 24/7, so finding food, drink or entertainment at times was a challenge. The app is hard to navigate and would update every 30 seconds putting you back at beginning when trying to view events for the day. Super frustrating!

Awesome staff on their boats, things I could recommend they improve notifying people when they have open cases of coronavirus, or when you notices, and you tell them that you're not feeling good that they have somebody come check on you. Better menu for quarantined service too limited for when you're not feeling good.I would have loved to order oatmeal, but it wasn't an option. I did not get sick until the last 3 days of my cruise.
