Avoid using this service at all costs. Lily, after several polite requests, refuses to pay her contracted drivers, including myself. She owes several car haulers thousands of dollars. If you use her service, there is a likelihood that your car will be held at ransom until the driver is paid by Lily (only employee and owner of Princess Auto Transport).
BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. She said she would deliver my truck in 2 days. 3 WEEKS LATER she stops answering her calls and my truck is nowhere to be found. BEWARE
Terrible experience. My shipment was delayed by an entire month with little to no communication. Completely unreliable and not worth the hassle. Would not recommend.
Beware a broker that doesn't have own trucks On June 11th theypicked up my truck where pretty much on time which was good but that's where the last good thing happened. When they picked up the truck both the broker and driver where informed of a slow leak on the tire I was told no problem we will air it up before unloading. So its now June 24th the date was supposed to be at NOVA SOCITA I call repeatedly for 3 days NO RESPONSE on Thursday July 27th I get pictures of the truck saying it's fine but they show the hoods been dam... read more
