The family that owns Prince is special. We got to meet several of them recently when we upholstered some furniture. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Their work is impeccable. We were very pleased with the pieces they worked on for us. A great alternative to buying cheaper furniture. We will definitely use their services again.
Professional and talented
After thinking about this for 2 months I have decided to post this review. I cannot be more disappointed. Poor followup, disappointing final product. I will not use them again.
Prince did an amazing job on a reading chair and Victorian loveseat that our cats had savaged. Their customer service and attention to detail are superb. AND we were able to choose from a huge variety of fabrics. Prince himself is very friendly and easy to work with. This kind of craftsmanship is rare these days.
