Very poor hygiene standards. Hairs in the swimming pool .The floors dirty trough the entrance to the changing area and the swimming pool. Changing rooms are very dirty floors and seats. The shower water temperature is cold.Not coming back again.
I swam there today after a two year hiatus. It hasn't got any cleaner. It's got worse. The white tiles around the shallow pool are covered with patches of brown dirt, the floor of the pool is dirty, as are the tiles in front of the bench. I understand it's an undertaking to clean the pools, but surely this doesn't apply to the showers and changing areas? Everything is covered in limescale, the wall of my shower was blotched with black dirt and there were huge clumps of hair in the drain. It's completely put me off returning.... read more
