The guy who helped me was super helpful, even though my job (a couple small pieces of special cut lumber) was small and not going to earn them any real bucks. I didn't catch his name (he was wearing a medical boot on one foot, if that helps), but he was efficient and knowledgeable and very polite. The guys cutting the wood were clearly busy, but I was still out of there in 15 minutes. Very satisfied customer.
Phenomenal. So glad to see this place is near my apartment. I was in a hurry, handed them my notes with the cuts I needed, and moments later I was walking home with custom cut birch plywood and decorative trim.
