They're the worst bank I've ever patronized. For one, the usernames for their accounts are absolutely ridiculous and nearly impossible to remember. If you live close to the bank. they never mail out your debit card and force you to go to the branch to get one. And someone somehow copied my debit card number that I never used, made three purchases and when I contacted the fraud department to resolve the issue, they only credited back one of the transactions to my account!
